Thank you for purchasing from Apex Discipline. We appreciate your trust in our productivity tools.

Since all of our products are digital downloads (Google Sheets templates), we have a strict no-refund policy once the product has been delivered/downloaded. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

Why No Refunds?

Our products are digital files that are instantly delivered upon purchase. Once delivered, it is impossible to "return" a digital product. For this reason:

• All sales are final
• No refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase
• Chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of delivery

Before You Buy

We encourage you to:

• Read the full product description carefully
• Review the product screenshots and preview images
• Check the system requirements (Google Sheets compatible browser)
• Contact us with any questions before purchasing

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider a refund or exchange if:

• The product file is defective or corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement
• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
