1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Apex Discipline, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Apex Discipline.

2. Products

All products sold by Apex Discipline are digital products, specifically Google Sheets templates for productivity tracking. Our products include:

  • The Productivity Tracker Bundle (includes Task Tracker + Habit Tracker)
  • The Complete Habit Tracker
  • The Ultimate Task Tracker

All products are delivered digitally via download links. No physical products will be shipped.

3. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product:

  • You may use the product for personal use only
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share the product with others
  • You may not claim the product as your own creation
  • You may not modify the product for commercial resale
  • You may make copies for your own personal backup purposes

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD/dh) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the indicated amount.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment. You will receive:

  • An email confirmation with your download link
  • Access to the Google Sheets template(s) you purchased
  • Lifetime access to updates for your purchased product(s)

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and templates are the intellectual property of Apex Discipline and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Apex Discipline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
